I upgraded from Drupal 6.17 to 6.20. After doing so when I go to the blocks admin page I get a blank white screen. Everything else on my site is working properly.
I have found this error appears at times
warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'block_admin_display' was given in /home/content/71/5171171/html/includes/menu.inc on line 348
I have tried to re-install 6.20, but no luck. I know the white screen means php errors or also memory issues. However, I have had no issues in the past with memory before the upgrade and the site ran just fine actually. I have cleared all caches and ran cron numerous times. Does anyone have any tips or advice on what I could try? I would greatly appreciate any advice!

jrivelli commentedAlso just got this error when attempting to load an admin page
I have had this site up for over a year now with 0 problems with memory, does the upgrade require a large amount of memory usage or something?
and this one...
I am only getting these now when attempting to clear ONLY the menu cache from the drupal admin menu.

jrivelli commentedI have been able to fix the memory issues, but still cannot get the block page to show up anything but white. I have error reporting turned on as well so I thought a php error may come up, but no such luck. My site is just going suuuper slow as well, which it never used to do before any upgrade.
