Multisilte

I've a beta2 test site, really simple: themessage.com.ar

I trying to test multisite config before final release in order to arrange my sites in this scope.
Then, my first test in multisite was to move few non-system modules to a new "all" folder in order to take the "sharing advantage", and doesn´t work.

I did this after reading this http://drupal.org/node/53705 and following this indication:

/drupal
  /modules
.............I moved the modules from here to.....
  /sites
    /default
       settings.php
    /all
       /modules
..............here (few modules adsense, panels & views)
       /themes
       /files

The modules were up and running before the move. After the move, the modules were still checked in modules menus, but no options to take in Admin, and , for example, with Adsense, the blocks configuration have dissapeared.

They appeared only after clicking the "update" in the modules menus.

Then, the script

"It's important that update.php is run every time a module is updated to a newer version"

have to say:
"It's important that update.php is run every time a module is updated to a newer version or after a module is moved to a shared multisite folder"

Please, tell where I can change this script or please, may be someone can change this on my behalf
