I have found the following errors while trying to install drupal v7.0 in the windows environment in WAMP server. Any help regarding this fatal issue will be appreciated.

I am not sure about the solution but the following step(s) can be done to get rid of the problem:
- Stop WAMP server
- Go to the extension directory: "wamp/bin/php/php5.2.17/ext"
- Remove/uninstall/deactivate "apc" opcode caching option like php_apc.dll from WAMP server.
- Restart WAMP server

The above steps worked for me.
