I get the following error trying to install Drupal:

* user warning: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') ORDER BY fit DESC LIMIT 0, 1' at line 1 query: SELECT * FROM menu_router WHERE path IN () ORDER BY fit DESC LIMIT 0, 1 in /home/uksex/public_html/includes/menu.inc on line 315.

I have the exact same error when installing drupal 6.20 There are no clues found to fix this. One one machine it continued after this error on the production machine it fails.

Verified documentation but found no clue. Any help is welcome.

A troubleshooting procedure would be most welcome.

Seems to bring the solution. Google provides additional threads.
