- Add autoload-dev for PSR-4 test autoloading
- Add config.allow-plugins for Composer 2.2+ compatibility
- Add development scripts (phpcs, phpstan, check, fix)
- Update require-dev with modern quality tools (coder, phpstan, phpstan-drupal)
- Remove installer-paths and repositories (belong in root composer.json only)
- Improve metadata structure and field ordering
- Add keywords for better package discovery
