Use with ajax comments module - two draggable captcha's on same page

Thanks for a very nice captcha, I think it's really cool.
I recently installed the ajax comments module to allow in-line comment reply forms. Unfortunately my nice (mini) draggable captcha's no longer work as the two captcha's (one from original 'add comment' form and the other when ajaxed into view by replying to an existing comment) seem to compete with other and thus no longer work. I am sorry but I have no idea on how to go about fixing this. I should also perhaps mention that I am rendering the node using panels.
Any help most gratefully received.
