Can't see configuration form [#2887705]

When I enabling the module. I cannot see configuration form and link too. please provide proper documentation for the module.

Upload above given two file. that will creates module form link to admin >> config >> user Interface

please replace info.yml file with uploaded file.

donation_button_links.menu.yml: Create menu link in admin toolbar.

I added the above two files but, Still not working, the configuration form still not showing please provide correct documentation for this module.

@Fawad Ali, Now you can check it with attached patch, I make it corrected and it adds the missing link.

Hi.
I followed all instructions re yml files and still could not get the form configuration to show.
