After you make a site active, the previous nodes added need a domain_source.domain_id to match. Other options are the affiliate content edit screen, but this won’t get all paginated nodes or multiple sites in one pass, and VBO doesn’t play well with DA in D6.
This uses the batch api for large amounts of nodes.
I will keep this in beta until more people test out the module. Please try locally and backup your database before running in production. Thanks!
