Domain Availability checks whether a domain name is registered across many top-level domains in a single parallel sweep, using RDAP first and falling back to WHOIS. It never guesses: a lookup that no authority can answer is reported as "unknown", never as "available".

Post-Installation
Configure providers, cache TTL and rate limits at Administration › Configuration › System › Domain availability. A search block and a JSON lookup endpoint are provided.
Additional Requirements
Drupal core only, no contributed dependencies. PHP 8.3 or newer. Outbound network access is required for RDAP and WHOIS lookups. Compatible with Drupal 10.3+ and Drupal 11.
