Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Domain Alias module
2. Add more than one domain alias for a domain
3. List of all domains at /?q=admin/structure/domain seem to repeat each domain several times (for each domain alias).

It appears to be a UI issue - you can click any entry to edit the corresponding domain.

Already fixed. #926514: domain_alias_domainlist() causes multiple returns.
