I have a menu like:
* Content only on Domain A
* Content only on Domain B
I would like to use this menu on both Domain A and Domain B (included as part of a panel page), but when I view the menu from Domain B, the link to the content on Domain A does not show, and vice versa. I've tried including the Domain Source module and setting the appropriate domains for the content on there, but the problem still exists.
I see the comment on http://drupal.org/node/319876#comment-1581662 saying:
Nesting content (a view inside a panel inside a block) may not work as expected, especially if the content is not visible on the current domain.
Could you explain that comment? Is what I'm trying to do possible, or will I need to create two separate menus - one for each domain? If you need more information about my settings, let me know.
Thanks,
-Jesse
(Not sure if this is actually part of the Domain Source module or not...)

jessefulton commentedTo clarify - the URLs in my menu are using the standard /node/id format. I'd like to keep this format and not use absolute URLs since the domain name/subdomains will be changing when this site goes to production.

agentrickardIt's not a menu problem, per se, it's a node visibility issue. You cannot make nodes from domain B visible on domain A without assigning them to 'all affiliates.'
In theory you could add a bunch of nodes to 'all affiliates' and then divide those nodes into two menus, and display those.
Otherwise, this is not currently possible due to limitations in core Drupal. You would have to write a custom pane with a query that bypasses db_rewrite_sql().
See #632438: Show domain 2 content on domain 1 in a block for details why.
