Multiple Databases

Hello to everyone and Happy new year

Let me explain:

I have a site, and I work with the normal multisite, edit the settings.php and soo on... you know... Works fine...

But... I like some of the capabilites that domain access give... then I need to know if there is a way that domain acces can handle multiplesites with multiple databases...

Why, because my site will have more than 2000 sub sites, and If I put in the same databases.... nonono, you know what happen, then they need to be in separate databases... I uses ubercart in some and in others not... then I need that the sites have access to some modules and other sites not... and soo on... at the end no matter because I'm then master user of all the sites and I have only the ability to add modules or not... but the problem is that Domain Access accept to work with multple databases...

I hoppe I explain correctly...
