Declare Font Awesome module as dependency to avoid missing icons after install [#3574298]

Problem/Motivation

The module provides functionality that outputs Font Awesome icons, but it does not currently declare the Font Awesome module as a dependency.

As a result, when users install and enable this module, icons do not render until the Font Awesome module is manually installed and enabled. This creates a confusing two-step installation process and may lead users to believe the module is not working correctly.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module.
Enable it.
Do not install/enable the Font Awesome module.
Observe that icons are not displayed.
Install and enable Font Awesome.
Icons now render correctly.

Declare the Font Awesome module as a dependency in the module
