Problem/Motivation

Part of #3624760: Plan: consistent Display Builder entry points in the Navigation top bar.

A Views page display built with Display Builder has no entry point from the page it renders.

Proposed resolution

Add a "View: label" entry to the "Display" dropdown on Views page routes, linking to the display's builder, below the page layout entry.

Remaining tasks

  • Test on a Views page: entry, order and target.

Pipeline failing because of #3625969: Twig's 3.30 TypeError: Twig\Runtime\EscaperRuntime::escape(): Argument #4 ($autoescape) must be of type bool, null given.

Ready to merge when green.
