Cannot run out of sites.../modules

When I run disknode from an individual site's modules folder, it complains that it can't find "disknode.js", even though it's right there.

I have worked around this by moving the disknodle folder into the drupal/modules/ folder, and now it works fine.

Would be preferable if it did, indeed, work site-by-site.
