Refactor module to bring all default modules into framework

We currently have digital_signage_framework as the root module and content settings, devices, platform and schedule are submodule which are dependencies and always get installed. This starts causing dependency resolution issues and it turns out, we should bring them all together into one module and only keep the optional modules separate.
