I'm wondering if the http:%3A is messing it up. Thoughts?

yaph commentedThis looks like it is a problem on Digg's side, as the fatal exception does not always occur. When I click on the link you posted I sometimes reach a page, where I see the submitted story with the message 'Is this story already on Digg?'.
