Menu starting "expanded" and "active trail" on frontpage

Hello,

I've used DHTML for this project: http://www.abogadofreelance.com/

Menu is working fine, but when you open the frontpage, first menu always appear expanded. I guess it's because it has "expanded" and "active-trail" classes. But it's not the active trail, because frontpage URL is called "portada", and any link in that menu is pointing there. It's just happening in the front page... a bit strange.

If it helps, first menu is the only one with childs.

Hope someone can help, and thanks for this module.

Thanks!
