I love the way this theme looks expecially now that the pesky whitespace is gone (except for with IE!)! All my menus and block content look good except the bookmarks one...there is what appears to be a line break after each bullet? Did I do this while playing around fixing whitespace, or is it a "bug". Not sure where to fix it or how. Thanks

It sounds like you need to set either margin-bottom or margin-top for the li tag to decrease the spacing. It is also possible it is on of several other values (padding-top, padding-bottom, line-height, maybe other). A link to youe site would help provide you with a more specific answer.

Site is internal only...there are so many files associated with the Civicspace/Democratica theme, what file do I need to edit? The drupal.css or one in the theme folder?

It only afects the bookmarks block too...the rest on that side are fine.
