This could lead to misunderstandings if a different price is shown in the quote window for an old address. If possible, it is desirable to update the quote even without selected payment.
Specifically this concerns Yandex money.

This turns out to be a bug in the Yandex.Money module, where the default value for payment type was set to "AC", which did not exist in the radio button choices. The default should be bank_card.
