This Queue API backend allows you to add a configurable delay to queue items between enqueueing and dequeueing.
Requires Tagged SystemQueue module.
Usage
To make any queue to dequeue items delayed by 60 sec., set the following variable:
* queue_class_YOUR_QUEUE_NAME: 'TaggedSystemQueue'
Once done, you can go to your site's /admin/config/system/delayed_queue admin page and set the queue delay.
