Error Message

Hello, I am getting the error message below when I use decounter.

The message only appears when logged in as admin (always) or when logged in as an authenticated user (when I select the option to decount authenticated users)

The message does NOT appear when logged in as an authenticated user, but only the option to to decount the administrator is selected.
