The Debut features are currently appearing for the term "Features integration" http://drupal.org/taxonomy/term/11478, which I think is meant for modules integrating with Features, not feature modules itself...?

It seems like the original idea was the opposite, see #760878: Add a "Features" term to the taxonomy vocab for modules on d.o. Excerpt: "I'm hoping that modules which are "Features" would tag themselves as this, so I could see a list of available Features that are on d.o as modules".
