Request for (co-)maintainership

Hi @kenorb,

I'm building a set of new Drupal developer tools, including a debugging and profiling tools.

Would you consider granting me (co-)maintainer status so I can add a D8/D9 branch and release these tools in the 'debugger' namespace?
