I get persistent error messages on top of each page when I've enabled debugging, saying:

Notice: Undefined variable: new_time in debugger_api_register_backtrace() (line 201 of /multisiteroot/sites/sitename/modules/debugger/debugger.api.inc).

Using pressflow 6.20, nginx 0.9, php-fpm 5.2 on ubuntu 10.04 lts

Closing this, cannot seem to reproduce it, my other issue is the only one I can reproduce.
