cmonnow commentedHi,
I'm not sure if I understood the issue fully. Is this issue specific to when you've previously set excluded dates and try saving new fields? Or do you mean when you are editing a node and add select excluded dates you don't get the new instances?
If the latter case, although I haven't tried excluded dates (so there still could be a bug), it is normal for all other entities to be deleted in the series (if you select all) and all dates will be recreated anew based on the node you are editing. Depending on your repeat rule, is it possible that you've edited the last date in the series just before the repeating end date and chosen to update the "following"? This would produce the results you've seen.

geek-merlinI cannot reproduce this too. Saving existing nodes manually as well as via VBO creates separate instances here. So this needs reproducible clarification from the original poster.
