Is this module still maintained? no commits since 2013!

In any case, I forked this module and created a 7.x-2.x branch on Github where I merged some patches from the issue queue (with authorship to the patchers).

I would like to commit new patches soon. Could you specify the patches you've applied?

I added: #2403437: Add single day range to settings and #2334675: Localized date format depending on current language.
I decided to remove the linked repository, just to keep up to date the D.O. issue queue with patches.
I believe it's the most correct way to proceed instead of forking and never merging branches :)
