Add a sub-module that can be used if DS is present.

Problem/Motivation

If the DataStructures extension is present, we should use it. And also this gives a basis of comparison for performance testing.

Proposed resolution

Use the ability to alter generators provided by drush PR #6177 swap in generators that use the DS extension.
