Unable to submit order to ATOL system

Atol protocol is still in active development process and sometimes such critical changes appear. I applied your patch and it works but I am not sure that an internal Commerce order ID is applicable for that. If the module works in a production mode, it is enough but in case of development access when somebody else can register documents on the same «checkout unit» (do not have an idea how to translate ККТ into English), problems can appear. Maybe in future we should rethink this.
