3D rendering support

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the module provides libraries to support 3D rendering through D3 X3D: d3.d3-x3d2-x3dom18 or d3.d3-x3d2-xite15.
But there is no example renderer. At least one or more 3D renderer should be provided to show how to use those libraries.

If you think this is important, feel free to raise the priority and post here what motivates the change.
