CVS edit link for J3

Co-maintaining comment driven module.

Comment driven is widely used in my site and I really like it. However, I got a block issue and confirmed by arhak.

arhak had trouble to access CVS. I want to help him for some simple maintaining jobs.

Hello, and thank you for applying for a CVS account. If you are applying to be co-maintainer, you need to report the link to the issue report you opened, and where you are accepted as co-maintainer; the link you reported is not what we need.
