CVS edit link for cmcintosh

I am wanting to take over and maintain the Ham Radio project http://drupal.org/project/ham I have followed the steps to take over the module, and have attempted to contact the maintainer via posting support issue, irc, and direct messaging him via drupal.org and have not received any response.
