I would like to contribute a module that is used as a CAPTCHA plugin. The CAPTCHA module is great and provides some great core functionality but it lacks a plugin I think would be very helpful.

My module is already complete, is used on all my Drupal sites and follows the Drupal API closely.

The name of the module is Image CAPTCHA Refresh. It uses a few hooks that add a refresh link below all Image based CAPTCHA forms so the user can easily refresh the challenge image if they have a hard time reading it. It uses jquery and AJAX calls to provide it's functionality. You can fully customize the refresh link to be whatever HTML you like by use of a theme-able tpl file. While ReCaptcha has "some" of this functionality, I like many users, don't use the ReCAPTCHA module because it relies on external http calls to reCAPTCHA libraries and a reCAPTCHA account to do so.

Therefore, I think it's very prudent to add this functionality to the CAPTCHA module via my plugin module. I'll be happy to provide you the source code for review if you deem necessary for a CVS account.
