In writing some modules for our own in-house use, we found that we needed a "time" forms API field. The module is initially based on the work found here: http://drupal.org/node/169418In order to keep things in our code separate, as well as contribute back to the community, we chose to add the form element into a custom module so others can easily use it. Additionally, we improved on the work in that post to take string input and output (eg. 14:32) so it is easier to handle. In a future release, we may work to also handle AM/PM.

avpadernoAs per previous comment, I am setting this issue to won't fix.
Since new users can now create full projects, applications have a different purpose and they are handled on a different issue queue. See Apply for permission to opt into security advisory coverage for more information.
