Just an information for all of the people who banging their head because of user registration redirecting is a nightmare....

This module works perfectly for redirecting user to a specific page such as "thank you for registering with us" page after the user fill out and submit the registration form.

One just need to add the redirection path in this module setting page (admin/settings/customdestination/add) and use user_register (note the "_" not user-register) and add what ever your destination page going to be.

Voila! you got your self a redirection!

How about preserving the current destination from where it came from?
