How can I change the way to allow somebody to post a review. Right now, I have to display a block which says "Add review". Is there a way I can create a custom block where I can change the text and stuff?.

Also, after a review has been posted, I get a small text box with the actual node being reviewed (and a thumbnail). Is there a way, I can remove this or change this?
