view title is dynamic, e.g. depending view arguments (and values from first row)

Bug:
tokens of the view title are not replaced.
e.g.: Turniere -> Gruppe -> aktuelles Turnier -> {{ label }} | {{ arguments.field_tournament_gameset_tournament_id }} | Matches
