Apply custom breadcrumb to multiple paths

I have created several custom breadcrumbs each containing a single breadcrumb. Of the custom breadcrumbs I created, they all contain the same single breadcrumb. These breadcrumbs are being applied to a single path.

It is rather inefficient to have to create multiple custom breadcrumb instances just to apply the same breadcrumb to different paths.

Perhaps a solution to this in a future module version would be to allow the "specific path" field to accept multiple paths. Currently it only accepts one path.
