The install.txt says that to use the import I need to apply the patch to Comment Driven at #825304: Support comments not inserted via FAPI.

Is this still true as it seems to indicate it has been applied, but looking at the files it doesn't seem to be there?

If you are using comment driven 1.x-dev, you don't need to apply the patch yourself- it's already been committed. If you are using alpha3, you'll need to apply it yourself. Make sense?

Ah yeah. Thanks. I'd mis-read and thought that the alpha was more recent from May 2011 but it was 2010.
