Another version - live css editing

I've developed a module just like this with Mozilla Bespin - a great javascript editor.

When a user has the 'edit css' permission, a tab is shown on pages of the site, which pulls open a collapsable editor for live editing. Changes to the css are shown as you type.

Ensure that css compression is turned off for this to work.

Feedback much appreciated. While the current module maintainer sees this as a prototype and not a production tool, I disagree. I've found it's made my theming process much quicker.
