Installation
Enable module and have your layout visualised as shown on attached image.
By default it is turned OFF, you can turn it ON with
ALT + C
you can turn it OFF by doing the same.

Tips:
Don't install this module to production environment, use config split https://www.drupal.org/project/config_split and use it only for local development
