It took me a while to figure out that cronplus runs on GMT... I think this should be indicated in the settings form somewhere. This patch is one way to accomplish this, but could probably be worded better.

I'm all for this change. It would've helped me figure this fact out a bit faster, for sure.

I'm wondering if it would make more sense to run in local time rather than GMT? How many people have their system set to GMT and if they are specifying a particular hour for the runs wouldn't it make more sense for it to be in local time?

I'm willing to make the changes to do this if it is worth my time.
