I've set up a basic petition activity profile/form with just first name, last name and email fields. However, when submitting the petition I keep getting the error:

Notice: Array to string conversion in RulesTokenEvaluator->evaluate() (line 220 of sites/all/modules/rules/modules/system.eval.inc).

I am getting the same issue with a simple rule. Any textual column in the rule is displaying this error when used in an email.

I would really appreciate any help on this.

I'm getting this error, too, paired with another error:

Notice: Undefined variable: to in SmtpMailSystem->mail() (line 53 of /home/gn001/public_html/sites/all/modules/smtp/smtp.mail.inc).
