Not much to say here but thanks for coming up with this and putting it out into the wild. I've wanted this exact functionality for roughly 2 years now. :) Now I can create content in a flash. Has there not been any other module that carries field settings over to control content creation?

I have a ton of ideas for this module but don't know anything about php. I'll write them later.

Also, on my old user account I wrote a message about how drupal 6 was limited to 9 levels of depth and saw that you did a lot of work on the problem. Do you know if it made its way for a configurable or greater depth for drupal 7?

I guess the only other question I'd ask is do you have any idea on the status of the menu description field since some idiot stripped it off of the content pages. Sorry, but that one just cooks me.

The menu system has not been refactored in D7, maybe D8? The issue been left open for someone to tackle at a latter date. Heaps of new features have been added to D7 as well as a lot of refactoring, so redoing the menu system looks like it is very unlikely. Never use the description field, so I hadn't noticed that it had gone. Parsing the CVS logs could shed some light on why it was removed.

I almost never add pages without going through CRC, it is such a drag finding the right menu item.

Keep any ideas coming...
