When you publish a changeset currently, after the publishing is finished you are shown the site with the (newly-)archived changeset still set as active.

Since publishing (or unpublishing) affects the live site, it would be better to switch the user to the Live changeset instead, so they can see the effect of the published changeset without having to manually switch.
