Primarily choose from own sections, when editing a lesson

Problem/Motivation

When editing a lesson and choosing a section to refer to, you may get duplicate results if people have named their sections identically. This can be helped by using the search link, but this takes extra time and in 99% of the cases you want to use your own sections only

Proposed resolution

Make the standard autocomplete only return section created by the acting user.
