I just installed the dev version using Adaptive, and love everything about it. Just one small issue. The area legend icons/tabs (which show as class fieldset-legend in firebug) cover over the content that is supposed to be below them. I've verified this with IE and Firefox. Site is http://www.antiquejackpot.com and I have attached a screenshot from Firefox showing how the "Shipping" label covers over the shipping option.

I've committed a change to add some margin to the fieldset wrapper if a legend exists, you will need to clear your sites cache for this to take effect as I have added a theme function override to add the class to fieldset wrappers. I can't recall how long commits take to propogate through to -dev versions - it could be 24 hours, or 5 minutes, I can't remember (it used to be 5 minutes).
