When activated, the Copyright module prevents a web site from handling wrong URLs correctly. Instead of 404 error, the status code 200 is sent for non-existing URLs. Once the module is deactivated, wrong URLs start sending 404 error again.

I can confirm this and also feel that it's critical. I posted to the forum on 1 Nov asking for help about it and eventually isolated copyright.module as the culprit.
