I have successfully installed and tried the copyright module. I enabled the copyright block. So, the site has a default copyright and every node has its own licence. But the block still displays the site copyright even when I view a node. This is a major problem. How can it be fixed?

It's not a bug. That's a feature request. The block is specifically a site-wide copyright block. A node-specific block hasn't been made. It's not critical because it doesn't prevent the module from being used generally.

Setting this as by design. The 4.5.x branch is now unsupported. If you still have this issue on 5.x-1.6 or later, reopen the issue.
