Cannot access admin page

I cannot access the admin page for the copyright module. This is what I have done:

1. I had an older installation of copyright. I uninstalled it by disabling the module, removing the files, deleting the copyright table and deleting the relevant entry in the sequences table.
2. In the mean time I created a page with the clean URL "copyright"
2. I installed copyright module 4.5.0 on Drupal 4.5.2 with bluemarine theme.
3. I enabled it, but there was no admin page for it. Tried to access its URL, got access denied.
4. I suspected the page. changed the clean URL of my page to "copyright-policy"
5. Still no admin pages.
